An ocean view, a quiet westside neighborhood and mid century architectural roots are the postulate from which DHDI extrapolated the theorem which is this spanish modern masterpiece. Sitting high atop a hill in Playa Del Ray, the renovation includes clean smooth stucco lines, custom spanish tile accents, and extensive use of glass and steel. The lot is an oasis of blue skies and fresh sea breeze wrapped in bougainvillea. A spacious backyard and garden lead through french glass doors into the bright open main floor living area.
Expanded from it’s original 1200 sq. ft. the redesigned structure’s 2400 sq. ft. encompasses three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a master suite, rooftop deck with 270 degree ocean views and expansion capacity for a fourth bedroom and elevated backyard deck.
