A marvel of aesthetics + acoustics, this two room facility is an icon of modern music production:   ZR Acoustics®, mixing in the box, every plug in known to man, the who’s who of outboard gear, keyboards, synths and walls lined with guitars and basses.

Music is envisioned, composed, recorded and mixed here without ever leaving the building.   Projects for various Disney artists and many others are created here by the composer/producer/musician/mixer client.   The design mandate was for the studios to have perfect acoustic signatures, no angled walls yet maintain their exact original shape and dimension.   The aesthetic mandate was to leave the rooms as beautiful or more so than before the project’s inception.   ZR Acoustics® was chosen as the only solution to meet all these requirements.

Total design and construction time for this turnkey project was 8 weeks.
